VANILLA BERRY PROTEIN SHAKE
1 cup milk (I used coconut)
1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla)
1 cup frozen berries (I used blueberries)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 banana (I freeze overripe ones to use for this then I don't need ice)
Ice (if your banana is fresh)
Add all ingredients to blender and add ice to thicken.
OMG, I just did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit and it wasn't easy. I could barely finish it and at the end I just had to run in place b/c there was no way I could do what he was asking and have good form..lol It's going to take a while to get adjusted to these workouts but I'm sticking with it.
